Q: As a listener, how can I contact the artist directly?
A: It’s easy: Go to their Bandcamp page and look under ‘Contact/Help‘, then click ‘For all other inquiries, click here‘. Many artists manage their own profile and your message will go directly to their e-mail.

Q: As an artist, I haven’t received a response for my demo submission. Can I resubmit?
A: You’re welcome and encouraged to submit as many demos as you’d like but please try not to over do it.

Q: As an artist, why do you require me to have a Bandcamp profile?
A: Consistency with the rest of the site, ease of use for both artists and listeners,  many audio formats for download, and a nifty embedded player to spread the word.

Q: Why are comments disabled?
A: Spammers were terrorizing the site with their overzealous and ineffective marketing strategies.

Q: Why don’t you use Archive.org? All the other net labels are doing it.
A: It’s a great site, definitely as asset to net audio but it has its share of flaws. For now, it’s on the back burner.

Q: Why are your torrents so slow?
A: Mininova does a majority of our BitTorrent seeding and at times their servers can be bogged down.
